Shame
A human recognized feeling that drives the soul into the darkest and deepest part of their heart. Brings fiery, piercing of self-torment and causes them to bow their head under the heaviest realization of deeds. Shame causes one to hide a part of themselves from the world and creates a mental cause of pain by reflection of a certain deed or an accumulation of deeds. If I could smell shame, it would be the burning scent of cinnamon which, when smelt too closely or too much, can damage and burn relentlessly. Shame would be the bitter taste of thyme dipped in saltwater. No taste but an unpleasant sensation unnatural to other normal human sensations. If I could see shame, I would see a forest deprived of light or surrounded by darkness with no prospects of hope or ability to find any there. If I could hear shame, it would be the gloomy silence in a deserted area. If I could touch shame, it would be the cold surface of ice or anything frozen; something that has the ability to change but remains cold and unwanted in the moment.
